We follow this procedure:

Call and tell us what you want and we'll discuss finish options, estimated delivery time, and logistics of delivery.

When you return the quote by fax or mail with 50% down on the order, we'll complete your order in the order it was received. (We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.)

The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment.


Quality Assurance: If any part of your order arrives in a damaged condition, or if there is a defect in workmanship which we missed, we'll replace the piece if you promptly deliver it back to us. We'll pay the return freight to you. (We've never had anything returned so far.) Keep in mind that our Windsor chairs are handmade using 18th century techniques. Our mission is to make furniture of the type and quality you would find in a fine furniture store in 1776. There will be some slight irregularities, a few tell tale tool marks, and slight imperfections noticeable to the trained eye. That's what we try to achieve, and that's one of the things that makes our furniture valuable to us and our customers. Our replacement policy is your assurance, however, that we do not ship any chairs or furniture which are functionally or asthetically defective.
